How Many Credits a Song Uses
Costs for a 4-minute song. Length is rounded up to the whole minute, so a 3:10 song counts as 4 minutes. If a separation fails, its credits go back to your balance on their own.

Pricing FAQ
What is a credit?
One credit covers about one minute of audio on the standard model with four stems. Two-stem vocal removal costs less; the six-stem and Best quality models cost more. The separator shows the exact cost before anything starts.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Sign in with Google or confirm your email address and you get 15 credits every month, about 3 four-stem songs. No card is needed.
How does the yearly plan work?
You pay $90 once a year instead of $9 a month. 400 credits still arrive every month, exactly as on the monthly plan.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Free and Pro credits expire 30 days after they arrive. Credits from a pack last 365 days.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in Settings → Billing. You keep Pro and its credits until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you ask within 7 days of being charged and have used less than half of the credits that purchase gave you. Separations that fail return their credits automatically. Our refund policy has the details.
Do I need a subscription to split one long file?
No. Any credit pack raises your file limit to 15 minutes and 200 MB, with no subscription.
What does Studio add over Pro?
Lossless output: every stem can be downloaded as 16-bit WAV or 24-bit FLAC instead of MP3, for the same credits. Studio also gives 900 credits a month, runs 3 separations at once and keeps stems for 30 days.
Do WAV and FLAC cost more credits?
No. A separation costs the same credits in any format. Lossless files are four to five times larger than MP3, so previews take longer to load on a slow connection.
Can I switch between Pro and Studio?
Yes, in Settings → Billing. Upgrading takes effect at once: you pay the difference for the rest of the current period and the extra credits arrive immediately. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal. A yearly Pro plan can change when it renews.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe, which shows the payment methods available to you. Prices are in US dollars and may include taxes where required.
