Acceptable Use Policy

1. Upload only what you have the right to process

Upload audio you created, own, or have permission to separate. Using stems for personal practice or study may be allowed where you live, but releasing, selling or publicly sharing stems of a recording you do not own usually needs the rights holder's permission. Separating a song never gives you rights in it.

2. Real people's voices

Isolated vocals make some misuse easier, so these are not allowed:

• Using a real person's isolated voice to train a voice clone, or to make them appear to say or sing something they did not, without their consent.
• Passing off edited or recombined vocals as a genuine recording in a way meant to deceive.
• Using stems to harass, defame or impersonate anyone.

3. Content that is never allowed

• Audio that is illegal to possess or distribute where you are.
• Material that sexualises or exploits minors.
• Audio used to threaten, harass or incite violence or hatred against people.

4. Account and platform abuse

• Creating multiple accounts, or using disposable or fake email addresses, to collect more free credits.
• Getting around limits, credit charges, payment or security checks.
• Automating the website, scraping it, or sending traffic meant to overload it.
• Reselling access to the service or to credits, or sharing an account between people.
• Uploading files designed to attack the service or other users, such as malware.

5. Enforcement

Depending on how serious a breach is, we may: refuse or cancel a job; delete the files involved; withhold free credits; suspend the account; or close it permanently. For serious or deliberate abuse, remaining credits are forfeited and purchases are not refunded. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.
